On the original site you can only read a job — an AI agent sees it, but can't apply, can't get notified when a new role opens, can't message the team. Here every job, company and person is a living node you can act on: apply in one click, get matched to your profile, and talk to the team — no login, no captcha, no re-typing your résumé into a fifth system.
