Portfolio observability · what the watcher puts on your desk
Your portfolio is hiring. Here's the signal.
A fund doesn't want to maintain a job board — it wants to know what's happening across its companies. A watcher node sits on the portfolio, reads every company's roles, and turns changes into a digest: who just opened a role, where companies are competing for the same talent, how fast everyone is hiring. No dashboards to maintain — the companies feed it for free.
Watcher digest
Nobody wrote these sentences by hand. Lifebot — the AI built into the graph — reads what changed across the portfolio and writes the digest itself. It isn't a coded report: add a role node, archive another, and the next digest rewrites itself. The entire setup is one instruction on the fund node — “watch my portfolio, tell me what matters” — not a pipeline anyone maintains.

53% of your portfolio's roles can't be reached by a candidate's AI agent — they sit behind a login or captcha on the original ATS. Your most in-demand engineers face the highest apply barrier.

How it's wired
Each company owns its roles as nodes. The fund node holds references to its companies and a watcher — an iLML smart contract (sandboxed on node events, lifebot-prompt for the wording). When a role node is added or archived, the watcher recomputes the signal and Lifebot posts the digest above into the fund node's messenger. No separate backend — the graph is the backend; this page just renders its state.
This is the fund's side of the graph. Candidates — and their agents — see the same nodes from the other side: they apply, get matched and message the team.
